A PEACEFUL SPACE TO RESTORE THE BODY - The Massage Room is located inside the Lifted Pilates Studio, in the heart of Raglan township. Massage sessions are booked during the day, in between exercise classes when the studio is quiet and at rest.

The Massage space is curated to be a sanctuary where you can rest easy and breathe deeply. The focus is on creating a calming and therapeutic experience.
